About The Position

The Full-Time Retail Sales Floor Associate works in Golden, Colorado, as part of the Guest Relations team. The role provides customer service that elevates the guest experience through knowledge of the company’s beverages. It also supports merchandising and general shop upkeep, prepares incoming products for customers—including moving product pallets with a forklift—and uses a POS system to process transactions and assist with opening and closing registers.

Requirements

• Strong people skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and stand for most of the shift.
• Consent to a background check as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service using strong knowledge of the company’s beverages.
• Assist with merchandising and general upkeep to keep the shop looking its best.
• Help peers prepare incoming products for customers.
• Drive a forklift to move pallets of product.
• Use the POS system to process transactions and assist with opening and closing registers.
