About The Position
At Swarovski, the Retail Sales Consultant helps create memorable customer moments by delivering exceptional service and representing the brand’s style and elegance. The role involves inspiring customers with product knowledge, creating engaging brand experiences, achieving sales goals, and contributing to a welcoming and organized team environment. This is a seasonal position at Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington Station, New York. The stated pay range is $17.00–$19.00. A sales incentive bonus program is described, but it applies to regular employees and not seasonal hires. Swarovski creates and sells crystal-based products, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds, zirconia, jewelry, accessories, and home décor.
