About The Position

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers identify their needs and find products that meet them. The role involves meeting and exceeding sales goals, staying informed about data and entertainment technology, demonstrating products, and providing prompt, courteous customer service. Consultants work in a fast-paced team environment and earn an hourly rate with uncapped commission opportunities. Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Stay up to date on data and entertainment technology and devices, including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools.
• Understand customers’ needs and help them discover how AT&T products meet those needs.
• Multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
