Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
This part-time role helps customers select AT&T products and services through personalized, consultative sales. Retail Sales Consultants build meaningful customer connections, meet sales targets, and earn commissions using AT&T’s suite of devices and services. The position also involves community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to current and potential customers. The role is based in an energetic, fast-paced retail environment. Employees work a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help employees meet and exceed goals. The role pays $14.25–$16.57 per hour, plus $6,850 or more in commissions when sales goals are met. Commission is uncapped, and top sellers who exceed goals can earn $53,364 per year. Individual starting pay within the stated range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The position is located at 1830 Quintard Ave, Anniston, Alabama.
