Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
The Part Time Retail Sales Consultant helps customers choose AT&T products and services through personalized, consultative sales. The role focuses on building meaningful customer connections, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by presenting AT&T devices and services. Consultants also participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position is based at the AT&T retail location in Lathrup Village, Michigan, and offers 20 hours per week. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment that calls for flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. AT&T provides training and coaching for candidates without sales experience.
