Part Time Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose products and services through personalized, consultative sales. The role includes working on the sales floor, meeting sales targets, earning commission, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position offers 20 hours per week, with a schedule between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. that includes weekends. Monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The work is fast-paced and requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides training and coaching for employees without sales experience. Pay ranges from $24,457 to $48,000, with up to $6,850 in commissions when sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers who exceed goals to earn $62,460 per year. Starting pay within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
