About The Position
The Retail Sales Consultant helps customers identify their needs and discover how AT&T products can meet them. The role involves staying current on data and entertainment technology and devices, educating customers through product demonstrations, and providing prompt, courteous service. Consultants work in a fast-paced team environment and are expected to meet and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay up to date on data and entertainment technology and devices, including Wi-Fi, data devices, and TV entertainment tools.
- Understand customers’ needs and help them discover how products meet those needs.
- Multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
- Interact with customers and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
