About The Position
Swarovski is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant at Jersey Gardens Outlets in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The role delivers exceptional customer service, creates memorable brand experiences, and inspires customers through knowledge and enthusiasm for Swarovski products while achieving sales goals and contributing to a vibrant team. The pay range is $16.98–$19.81 per hour, with eligibility to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The displayed compensation is a good-faith estimate. Swarovski creates crystal-based products and sells crystals, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds, zirconia, jewelry, accessories, and home décor.
