About The Position

The part-time Retail Sales Consultant creates meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise and helps customers choose from AT&T products, devices, and services. The role works on the sales floor using a consultative approach, with sales targets and uncapped commission opportunities. Consultants also participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work is in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility as technology and customer needs evolve. The schedule is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., including weekends; monthly schedules based on seniority are provided two weeks in advance. The role is 20 hours per week and is based at the AT&T retail location in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
