Swarovski is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Consultant for its Sevierville Tanger Outlets store in Sevierville, Tennessee. The role delivers exceptional customer service and memorable brand experiences, inspires customers through product storytelling, and contributes to individual and team sales goals. Sales Consultants help create a welcoming and organized store environment, build customer relationships and loyalty, and use digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Swarovski offers product and personal training and supports career development toward leadership or specialist roles, including Store Manager, Trainer, or Visual Merchandiser.
