About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, the role nurtures relationships with customers and associates, models brand behaviors, and supports the Store Manager in developing talent and driving store operations. The position is at Ann Taylor’s Tanger Outlets Sevierville store in Sevierville, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• 1+ year of retail management experience (preferred).
