Requirements

• Current freshman or sophomore status at: Indiana University , Notre Dame, University of Arkansas, University of Arizona, University of Cincinnati, University of Minnesota, University of New Mexico, Utah State University or Wake Forest.
• Interested in self-development.
• Business / Liberal Arts majors preferred – but not limited to.
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to work in teams.
• “Out of the box” innovation skills.
• Self Starter/Motivator – you will own this opportunity!
• Applicants must meet a minimum 18-year age qualification.

Responsibilities

• Be our representative at campus events!
• Be the primary owner of where we go with your campus – determine how we move forward and build relationships on your campus.
• Act as the first point of contact to students, organizations and professors to share internship and career opportunities.
• Participate in General Mills career fairs.
• Present to campus organizations and information sessions.
• Help coordinate on-campus interview process.
• Seek out additional organizations and efforts with which General Mills should be involved.

Benefits

• Pay: $14 per hour
• Receive samples and misc. throughout the school year. (i.e. cereal, snacks)
• Preferential consideration for General Mills Summer Internship program if you prove yourself as a Campus Ambassador.
