About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent the company at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in premium window and door products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. There is no hard selling or cold calling; the position is centered on conversations with interested homeowners and helping generate leads that contribute to company growth.

The role offers a $22-per-hour base pay plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. The posting states that total compensation is $25–$35+ per hour, with top performers potentially earning more. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, and weekends. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.

• Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.

• Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers, hearing “no,” and moving on to the next opportunity.
• No experience is required; paid training is provided.
