About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on friendly conversations with shoppers, building interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It does not involve hard selling or cold calling. Compensation includes a guaranteed $20 per hour base pay plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment; the posting states that top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour and may earn significantly more. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone.
- Be able to stand and move throughout a shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and hearing 'no.'
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and enjoy a performance-based environment.

- No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.
