About The Position

The role offers a base pay of $18 per hour plus unlimited bonuses for each qualified appointment; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. This is a performance-based opportunity with flexible scheduling, paid training, ongoing coaching, and potential career growth into sales and leadership roles.

The Brand Ambassador starts friendly conversations with shoppers, generates interest in the company’s products, educates homeowners about its services, and schedules qualified in-home consultations. The role does not involve hard selling or cold calling. It also includes setting up and maintaining professional branded displays. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position requires reliable transportation, a smartphone, the ability to stand and move during shifts, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
