About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. There is no hard selling or cold calling; the position involves speaking with interested homeowners and educating them about products and services. The position offers a guaranteed base pay of $18 per hour, plus unlimited weekly bonuses for each qualified appointment. Compensation is described as $25–$35+ per hour when base pay and performance bonuses are combined, with top performers potentially earning more. The role includes paid training and ongoing coaching, flexible scheduling, and potential career growth into sales and leadership roles.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have reliable transportation.
Have a smartphone.
Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
No experience is required; paid training is provided.
