About The Position

Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and other retail events. The role centers on friendly conversations with shoppers, building interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. Ambassadors set up and maintain branded displays and help generate leads that contribute to company growth. There is no hard selling or cold calling.

The position offers a guaranteed $18 per hour base pay plus unlimited weekly bonuses for qualified appointments. The posting states that top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour, with compensation combining base pay and performance bonuses. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Be confident starting conversations with strangers and comfortable moving on after hearing “no.”
