About The Position
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador to represent its window and door products at Costco and retail events. The role focuses on engaging shoppers in friendly conversations, generating interest in the products, and scheduling qualified in-home consultations. It offers a $20-per-hour base wage plus unlimited performance bonuses; top performers regularly earn $25–$35 or more per hour, and may earn significantly more. The position includes paid training and ongoing coaching, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth into sales and leadership roles. No experience is required.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a smartphone.
- Be able to stand and move throughout the shift.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup.
- Enjoy talking to people and meeting new people, and be confident starting conversations with strangers.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be comfortable in a performance-based environment and hearing no before moving on to the next opportunity.
- Want effort to directly affect earnings.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, or sales experience is useful, but not required.
