About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women's Shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through customer engagement, product knowledge, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and popular items, and staying current on trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, explain loyalty benefits, and collaborate with coworkers to achieve individual and store results. This position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, with schedules dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
