About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their musical interests and needs, and recommend suitable instruments and gear.
- Meet sales targets and use upselling and cross-selling to identify ways to enhance customers’ musical setups.
- Maintain product knowledge, including current trends and product features.
- Build customer relationships, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and develop connections within the local music community.
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store environment.
