About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and support the store’s retail operations. The role includes helping lead the department and assisting or mentoring colleagues, promoting company programs, developing product knowledge, and selling products to customers. Associates may cross-train for other duties and perform additional tasks as assigned.

The position involves maintaining the store’s appearance, including stocking and general housekeeping. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends, as well as physical activity such as standing, stooping, crawling, and bending, and handling items weighing up to 25 pounds or moving up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. The estimated total annual compensation range, including base pay and variable compensation earned, is $30,000–$60,000 or more. Camping World describes the role as full-time or part-time, with different benefits available depending on employment status. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to hold up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time.
