About The Position
Our Company Overview: Help us open Fleet Feet Palm Coast! We’re hiring two full-time Outfitters to join our opening team and help build a store where everyone feels welcome. We believe Running Changes Everything. Our customers include runners, walkers and people looking for more comfort in everyday life. You don’t have to be a runner to make a difference here. You do need curiosity, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people. As an Outfitter, you’ll listen to each customer’s needs, learn our personalized fitting process and help them find the right footwear, apparel and accessories. You’ll be part of a team that puts people first, supports one another and builds meaningful connections throughout the Palm Coast and Flagler community. We believe Running Changes Everything!
Requirements
- Availability for a flexible full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Customer-facing sales or service experience preferred.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions and use good judgment.
- A positive, dependable and detail-oriented approach.
- Professional, friendly communication with customers and teammates.
- A collaborative attitude and ability to adapt in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and learn about their needs, activities and goals.
- Provide personalized service through our outfitting process.
- Learn our products and recommend footwear, apparel and accessories with confidence and care.
- Participate in training and share what you learn with teammates.
- Keep the store organized, welcoming and ready for customers.
- Support store events, community activities and Fleet Feet initiatives.
- Take ownership of your work and step in to help wherever needed.
