About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. The role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, a commission and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, career paths, an uncapped commission program, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, a 401(K) retirement program, paid vacation time, Total Pet Plan and Pet Insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, discounts on devices and service plans, and a welcome kit with AT&T work shirts and personal protective equipment. Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds
- Reaching with hands and arms
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise
- Dexterity is required
- Ability to work with small parts in mobile phones
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time
