About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to people with an interest in sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, process purchases and returns, maintain product knowledge, help keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
