About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for their location at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. This role is ideal for someone who loves cooking, premium kitchen products, and creating memorable customer experiences. The associate will engage customers, provide product expertise, drive sales, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The position also involves supporting in-store events, building customer relationships via CRM, and managing merchandise shipments. The ideal candidate is passionate about premium brands, enjoys product demonstrations, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional shopping experiences by engaging customers and providing product expertise
• Drive sales and help achieve or exceed store performance goals
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products across our portfolio of premium kitchen brands
• Maintain visually appealing merchandising and product presentation standards
• Support in-store events, promotions, and demonstrations that generate customer excitement and traffic
• Build and maintain customer relationships through our CRM system
• Receive and organize merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented store environment
