About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate for their store at the Mall of America. This role involves creating memorable customer experiences, engaging customers with product expertise, and driving sales of premium kitchen products. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by sales and product demonstrations.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional shopping experiences by engaging customers and providing product expertise
• Drive sales and help achieve or exceed store performance goals
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products across our portfolio of premium kitchen brands
• Maintain visually appealing merchandising and product presentation standards
• Support in-store events, promotions, and demonstrations that generate customer excitement and traffic
• Build and maintain customer relationships through our CRM system
• Receive and organize merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented store environment
