ZWILLING is looking for a Part-Time Retail Keyholder to join our team at the iconic Mall of America. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting day-to-day store operations. Responsibilities

Providing shift leadership and serving as a trusted floor leader
Opening and closing the store, including POS and asset management responsibilities
Partnering with store management to support daily business operations
Processing replenishment efficiently to ensure optimal inventory levels
Delivering exceptional customer service that drives sales and brand loyalty
Maintaining compelling visual merchandising and product presentation standards
Conducting engaging product demonstrations and in-store experiences
Assisting with special events and collaborating with the Events Manager to bring the brand to life
