About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate sells merchandise and attends to customers at The Miami HEAT Store in Pembroke Lakes Mall. The role involves customer service, sales, cash register operation, maintaining the sales floor, and following store policies and security procedures. The position is seasonal.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general educational degree (GED).
• Very organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entirety of the shift.
• Ability to lift merchandise, merchandising equipment, and boxes up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Six months to one year of cashier or retail experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
