About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague at Macy’s, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, recommend suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and encourage loyalty. Throughout the day, they create personal customer interactions, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They also communicate loyalty-program benefits, help customers with their purchases, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. This is a full-time position at West County Center.
