About The Position
Clarks is hiring part-time Sales Associates to deliver positive sales performance and customer service while representing the Clarks brand. Associates help organize merchandise and back stock, maintain product placement, upsell additional pairs and accessories when appropriate, follow loss prevention procedures, and assist with store maintenance and merchandising. They also contribute to a comfortable work environment and complete assigned tasks. The role involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
