About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle cashier duties, help maintain the sales floor, support pickup orders, and continue learning about products and services.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
