About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role suits people interested in sales or helping others. The position involves welcoming customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations, completing cashier duties, maintaining product and service knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders. Candidates need at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
- Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
- Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
- Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
- Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
