About The Position

Vuori is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to build connections with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The position focuses on creating memorable customer experiences, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and maintaining effective store operations and visual standards. Associates work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment and help keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service, greet customers promptly and authentically, and offer knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Prepare fitting rooms and help customers find sizes.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion and activewear landscape, to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Keep the sales floor stocked each evening and maintain a clean, neat, organized store, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
