About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to pick up additional shifts, typically during summer, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using technology knowledge and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Discover customers’ needs by building connections and asking relevant questions.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions that address customer needs.
• Close sales through clear communication and simple, intuitive technology solutions.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and perform operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Place outbound calls and send text messages to current Verizon customers interested in Verizon products and services.
• Participate in off-site Verizon-sponsored events to engage with the community and expand the customer base.
