About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that fit each customer’s needs. The role is suited to someone passionate about sales or helping people.

The position involves welcoming and assisting customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge through ongoing learning, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping fulfill in-store and curbside pickup orders. The role requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and availability for a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
