About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to help customers choose footwear, apparel, and accessories while contributing to store sales and operations. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to keep the store presentable.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and remain on their feet for most of the shift.
• Process customer payments accurately and handle cashier responsibilities.
• Maintain knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers standards.
