About The Position
Guitar Center is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create a welcoming and engaging customer experience while helping customers find instruments and gear that meet their musical needs. The associate will use product knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for music to support customers and contribute to store sales goals. The role also involves building customer relationships, staying informed about products and trends, maintaining merchandising displays and store organization, and working collaboratively with the team. The position offers $15.00–$22.50 per hour plus commission; actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, other factors, and location.
