About The Position
Guitar Center is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create a welcoming, engaging shopping experience for customers interested in music and musical equipment. The associate helps customers identify their musical interests and recommends suitable instruments and gear, while contributing to sales goals and building relationships with customers and the local music community. The role also includes maintaining product knowledge, merchandising and restocking, and keeping the store organized. Responsibilities
