About The Position

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, learn about their musical interests, and recommend suitable instruments and gear.
• Work toward sales targets and use upselling and cross-selling to help customers enhance their musical setups.
• Maintain knowledge of products, features, and trends to support informed customer decisions.
• Build customer relationships, follow up to support satisfaction, and develop connections within the local music community.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store.
• Collaborate with the team, embrace feedback, and pursue learning and solutions to challenges.
