About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services suited to each customer’s needs. The role is suitable for people passionate about sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also complete cashier duties, maintain product and sales-floor knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.

• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
