About The Position
Guitar Center is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about music and enjoys helping customers find instruments and gear that fit their needs. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, understand their musical interests, and recommend suitable instruments and gear.
- Meet sales targets and use upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer purchases.
- Maintain knowledge of products, features, and trends to help customers make informed decisions.
- Build customer relationships, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and develop connections within the local music community.
- Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store.
- Learn from feedback, seek solutions, and approach challenges with confidence.
