About The Position

Vuori is seeking a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role combines customer service and sales with store operations, merchandising, inventory support, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. The associate works with the sales team to deliver strong customer experiences and contributes to sales goals in a team-based commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge, including broader fashion and activewear, to serve customers as an expert.
• Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Stock the sales floor each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
• Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
