About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori creates strong customer connections and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. This is a seasonal position.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to provide each customer with the best possible service.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve customers as an expert.
• Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
• Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
