About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and smart selling behaviors to meet sales goals and build customer loyalty.
