As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with relevant products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling behaviors, you build trust, achieve sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top sellers, and staying current on trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they provide a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Teamwork, honesty, care, collaboration, ongoing learning, and achieving individual and store results are emphasized. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical demands include talking, lifting, frequent movement, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The role also requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment, along with frequent use of computers and other technology, handheld equipment, and a cash register.
