About The Position

Nespresso is hiring a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to serve as a welcoming representative in its retail boutique. The role guides customers through coffee and machine options, provides personalized recommendations and tastings, and creates an inviting customer experience. The associate contributes to Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission while supporting boutique operations, sales, and a collaborative team environment. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Represent Nespresso’s mission and values related to sustainability and recycling.
Greet and engage customers, creating a memorable experience that makes them feel valued.
Listen to customers’ needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
Offer complimentary coffee tastings and use product knowledge to build the customer base and sales.
Collaborate proactively with team members to support a cohesive and successful work environment.
Help maintain the boutique, assist with shipments, arrange displays, keep the coffee wall stocked, and ensure cleanliness.
Complete a training period to prepare for the role.
