About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and build trust and loyalty while meeting sales goals. The position is focused on customer engagement and selling rather than only cashiering. You also help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying current on trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome, build personal relationships, share loyalty program benefits, and provide a thoughtful closing. They recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and contributing to individual and store results are important parts of the role. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
