About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the Women’s Shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors.
