About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague in the women’s shoes department, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals and build loyalty. The role emphasizes customer service and selling rather than cashiering alone. You also help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and assisting with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, continually learning and working toward individual and store results.
