Requirements

• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
• Welcome customers and build friendly, personal relationships through attentive engagement.
• Offer personalized recommendations and product information to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need before concluding the interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues with honesty, care, and a focus on serving customers and the community.
• Work to improve daily, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to support individual and store results.
• Use register and handheld equipment to process customer transactions.
